Elly is an excellent sports and remedial therapist. I've been going to her for years about a range of issues including sports and sedentary work related problems. She's great at identifying the cause and treating it effectively. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Elly is great and I’ve been to see her a few times over the years. She identified the weak spots in my body that might cause my problems when I started to run more and has also helped me recover from plantar fasciitis. She takes an investigative approach and has loads of knowledge from which to advise the best form of treatment. Highly recommended.
I saw Elly 2 times to get some help with an old Knee problem. 3 months later and the problem is almost entirely gone (and continues to get better) and I am running again :)
