Went in for a consultation at 20 weeks pregnant after experiencing some light pain in my hips while sleeping. Terri was really knowledgable and gave me some great advice along with a much needed soft tissue massage. Would highly recommend.
Really bad experance was judged for having mental health and anxiety. Avoid at all cost
I have been using Ellon Physiotherapy for several years, both for physio and pilates. Kerry's and Gavin's classes are fantastic and fun. There are no more than 6 people in the class which means you get loads of one-to-one attention to ensure you are doing exercises beneficially. It is not the cheapest class, but I think it is the best (having had experience of pilates classes elsewhere). The physiotherapy is also brilliant. The team are all lovely to deal with.
