The letting experience with Ellis and Co was excellent. I was having a lot of problems with my previous letting agency and Akshat went out of his way to make me less stressed and allowed me to vent my frustration and was very friendly and polite. After there were some problems with the cleaning, he went at 8 PM in his own time just to make sure some bin bags were left at the front to be removed and to check the cleaning standard.
