Exemplary, professional, personal service delivered by friendly staff (who care ) with in-depth knowledge of the local market together with the process of buying and selling in its entirety. Despite being responsible, communicative tenants who looked after the property and even made improvements at our own cost using the agent’s approved contractors, our experience with Ellis & Co was very poor. Throughout the tenancy, communication was frequently slow and issues that directly affected us were not handled well. I was a tenant through ellis and co at a property they had going which was perfect for us. The customer service we received was outstanding any queries they were there to answer, support or sort out straight away. They was easy to approach with concerns or questions regarding the property. Maintaince was sorted straight away they had someone straight out or next day or two. I'm glad we went through ellis and co and will definitely be returning for their help, advice and support when we are ready to buy our first property.
Ellis and Co handled our house sale, and the level of service we received was amazing. From coming out to value the property within days of enquiring, through to managing the viewings and offer process, everything was handled quickly and professionally.
