I viewed an apartment which I liked The agent advised me to call the office to get on with the renting process or put an offer through I called and was given an email address to send some required information In fact I did send all information required 2 days later I haven’t heard back so I messaged again the same number that arranged my viewing No reply Even if the flat is taken or they want someone else I still deserve an answer to my request. Disappointed

So far the best agency i ever worked with. Very helpful, friendly and professional team. They helped me to find the best one-bedroom flat for me. They managed the whole renting process smoothly and without any difficulty and even after they are still solving any problem quickly and professionally. I can honestly recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank and praise Alicia enough for her professionalism and genuineness during the sale of my late grandmother’s house.
