🚫 AVOID AT ALL COSTS Terrible agency with shockingly poor standards. Especially awful were Belinda and Nicki, whose dismissive attitude and lack of basic professionalism made every interaction a headache. They always side with the landlord, no matter how unreasonable, leaving tenants completely unprotected. They don’t care about tenant well-being — only about keeping the landlord happy (and the money flowing). Incredibly rude and dismissive conversation with an employee today in the Finchley branch. Definitely won’t be approaching them if that is how they treat prospective buyers!
I have spent 2 years with Ellis & Co Finchley, they have been wonderful and helped me a lot from the beginning of my search until the end of tenancy. They helped make my first ever tenancy in my life smooth and wonderful. I have always owned and always been a landlord.
