Unfortunately you cannot give a NO star review. Their Holmes Chapel Branch no longer exists and the guys who work next door are sick to death of explaining that to poor unsuspecting customers like me! Don’t get me started on the incompetent staff you’ve got to deal with on the telephone! AVOID at all costs!
sent a website enquiry Monday evening and received a phone call Tuesday morning. All good, price agreed and was told I’d get a phone call shortly to sort the details (driving licence, etc). Didn’t get a call, so I phoned today to sort it out. Apparently no van available. If I’d been told that at the start no problem but I was fobbed off today and the person on the end of the phone really didn’t care. Hired a medium size transit van for 24 hours to move furniture. Easy to arrange on phone and pick up in holmes chapel from local site. Very good quality vehicle . Good value price and would recommend .
