We sold our house through the diligence of Elliott and Smith. From the outset we were impressed with their professionalism, combined with a very warm and caring approach. They have a genuine concern for their clients, as people. If we contacted them over any issues, we knew we could rely on a pro - active response and timely answer; all of which has contributed to our move next week.
I cannot recommend Elliot & Smith enough! Dan's knowledge of the local market shone through during our initial meeting and selecting them to market and sell our property always felt like the right choice - something they have proved me right on!
