We sold our house through the diligence of Elliott and Smith. From the outset we were impressed with their professionalism, combined with a very warm and caring approach. They have a genuine concern for their clients, as people. If we contacted them over any issues, we knew we could rely on a pro - active response and timely answer; all of which has contributed to our move next week.
I cannot recommend Elliot & Smith enough! Dan's knowledge of the local market shone through during our initial meeting and selecting them to market and sell our property always felt like the right choice - something they have proved me right on! All of the office staff are professional and have always been nothing less than a pleasure to deal with. If i had another property to sell, i really would not consider going anywhere else. The whole team are good but a special call out to Zuhre and Dan. They were pure gold after we accepted an offer, keeping us informed, explaining what the cause of any delay was and chivying the whole chain along including the conveyancers. We have just exchanged.
