Just finished up with renting a property for 18 months through Elliott James. The service prior to agreeing the property was great - we dealt with Annabel who is very approachable and friendly. It did go downhill pretty quickly after we moved in however, and we had various issues, including slow responses from the team, several issues with furnished appliances (we paid extra for) and fobs not working, and holes in walls that took a while to be filled and repainted.
