Hygiene care needs to improve. For whatever reason my has developed athletes feet and sores under her breasts since she's been residing at EH. Management conduct is very poor. Journeying from London I was refused visitation from seeing my mother because there was an outbreak of scabies and I was not informed, Karen the manager came to the door and told me there's nothing she can do about it, she didn't give me another option but only slammed the door as I turned to walk away.

My husband been in this care home for 4 weeks he had only shower once no shaving, his bed never changed, his cloths nevever changed, my husband souffring fron severely brain damaged after he is been in coma caused hypoglycémie I won't give to this care home even 0 I am very desperated

My mother is in Elliot House for the second time and I can’t speak highly enough of this place. The staff work so hard, they are fantastic! always creating a happy, positive atmosphere for the residents. The house itself is a beautiful building, bright, modern though still has character and spotlessly clean. My mom and the other residents are shown constant care, respect, kindness and love as they go through this chapter of their lives. Myself and my family can’t thank you all enough. Complete peace of mind. Thank you!
