Excellent customer service 😊
We just moved to the area and were in need of a couple of carpets for our now house. It was our first time ever buying carpets and the lady in the shop was extremely helpful. We picked our carpets and then was visited at home to confirm measurements where we were informed one of our carpets we were replacing had been munched on my moths. We were extremely happy with Elliott Carpets, in terms of customer services speed of responses and quality of the carpet. We used them for stairs, hall and bedroom carpets. The carpet fitters were friendly and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. Very highly recommended.
