Horrified by my experience with Elliot and Oliver. My partner and I were approached by them to inform us that a property we were previously interested in was going back on the market due to delay from the new buyers. We then had an offer accepted and the ball started rolling. Very efficient service with great experience. Would recommend and Jordan was excellent.
At the beginning the agents were great and very quick to answer any queries during the contract signing and move in period. When having work done in the flat (after months of waiting for cracked windows to be fixed) workers left the property unlocked with lights on. I emailed Elliot Oliver and didn’t receive anything back until emailing again a week later (that reply not answering much). Unfortunately had a bad experience when requesting deposit money back. Elliot Oliver were brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient and always happy to answer our calls. We felt supported throughout the whole process and when our chain collapsed, they found us a new buyer very quickly. Would recommend, 100%.
What a team! I think we dealt with most of the sales team at various points and they were all friendly and professional throughout. A special thanks must go to Emma in the final weeks of the process as she kept the information flowing and filled in the gaps left by our uncommunicative solicitors. Would happily recommend their services.
