Update over 12 months in and still finding issues with the property. Flagship continue to try and find ways to either avoid completing snagging by stating high wear and tear (after 12 months on a property with a cost of £350k meaning low quality fixtures and fittings that aren't fit for their intended purpose) and or cut corners by using even cheaper parts to repair or replace as evident in this week's shoddy repair. It's been a year since we moved in to our first family home. It went down hill as soon as we signed the contract. Continuous meetings about the same things and for it all to be a waste of time. We had agreed things in writing and they still have failed to action them. This has ended up costing us hundreds of pounds rectifying it. Had 4 meetings about the same issues and yet again no one has made contact to rectify these. What a disappointment.
