Sorry, I preordered and paid for an expensive bouquet to be delivered today. Was told it would be delivered on the florest's way home between 1430 and 1500. Now 2030 and no delivery. Was a special for a Diamond Anniversary, may as well wait until the platinum one now. All talk and no action, deliver tomorrow please or I want my money back, you have not delivered what you promised. I'm seriously angry.
Asked Ellies to deliver a mother's day bouquet and it was absolutely fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and having seen the flowers today they are top quality and absolutely beautiful! My new go to florist!! Thank you!
