I bought a used vehicle and there were modifications to it that weren't disclosed before I wrote the check. I didn't catch it until after the 7-day guarantee. My advice to used vehicle buyers -- look at that vehicle closely, inside & out! Watch out for some questionable fuzzy math when they do the paperwork, and take your time to read it & understand it. Wanted to give a shout out to Marni Drye. Although she does not work directly in sales, she always goes above and beyond to help with my questions and/or direct me to the person who can assist me. It's easy to see she loves her job!
Recently took my Highlander in to get an oil change. Wanted to know more about extended warranties. I was helped by two girls in the service department. One was Marni Rae which helped right away and made sure our oil change was done correctly and all information on warranties were correct. Fast and Efficient. Thank you Chuck, and Elko Motor.
