Terrible would not recommend, bought a used truck check engine light came on before we got it home it’s been over a month and they haven’t fixed the problem yet, made multiple 4 hour one way trips there to get the truck fixed

Although I was not involved in the service processes when you have brought the truck in since the original purchase date, I did chat with everyone that has been involved. It is my understanding that after you purchased the truck, you put an aftermarket breather on the truck which was causing some issues. I highly recommend asking for Leo Hart when going in to purchase a vehicle. The man has the patience of a saint! I had several types of vehicles I wanted to drive to see which would be the best fit for my lifestyle-so many to pick from! So 5 or 6 (more? ) vehicles later, I figured out what I am buying! So be sure to ask for Leo! Great customer service.

The owner does not have a clue about Customer Service,and really in my option don't care about the safety of his employees or customers that wear masks. He is a liar and both times we have been there they did more damage then fixing. STAT AWAY FROM ELKO Chrysler DODGE.
My parents purchased a vehicle from this company. When they got it the car had some minor damage before they agreed to purchase the vehicle the person who was doing all the paperwork said oh that's no problem bring it back make an appt with us and we will fix it. My mom would call frequently asking them when they had time to fix it.
