Earlier I had written a review of this company of my dissatisfaction of they’re service. Within about a half hour, I received a phone call from Sanka Izoco sales manager, inquiring about my service... she apologized about the experience I had received and had me come back in to refund my charge...Also to have me call her directly if I had any other issues... Went in for service today because of a short in my blinker and was told the light bulb wasn’t connected correctly. Funny part of this review is it quit working on my way home again. They guy was on the phone while checking me in at the same time and was rude. So yes I left rudely.
Great company good people
My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Aaron Martinez at Elko Motor Company over this last year and a half. Aaron is very professional and made our buying experiences very pleasant and smooth. I've never had any issues with them and they have answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Elko Motor for all of your new and used car needs. We will definitely be back in the future.
