Since buying our new 2013 Highlander every one at Elko Motor Company has been nothing but helpful in anything that we needed done. Everything from questions on how to make something work to oil changes and services to just being super friendly out around the community and recognizing their customers outside of the Elko Motor Company doors! Great staff to work with and will find you what YOU WANT AND NEED! Thank you for making it easy!
Leo Hart and Clint Taylor were amazing. Leo was so easy to talk to and very helpful. Plus the guy (I don't remember his name) who worked so hard to get me financed. Wonderful people!!
Very friendly staff. Have a hard time with the service department on getting my vehicles fixed. Our car is still not been fixed after 3 months and our truck keeps breaking the same part after a few weeks of being repaired.
