Excellent experience. David has been our salesman for a couple of our vehicles. He’s super knowledgeable. He’s not in it just for the sale. He want the customer to be happy and comfortable with their purchase.
Going on 2 and a half hours for an oil change.....my vehicle still isn’t out. Crazy....I’ve had this scheduled for a month.
Our 3rd purchase is a RAV4. We like the service we get. They have patience with us as we drive numerous vehicles and then when we considered the 7 day exchange they were still over the top with customer service. Staying with the RAV4 and if we trade in/buy another vehicle, it will be here. They made us feel good about our choice.

The salespeople are highly uncommunicative and not too friendly! Definitely don't know the right way to treat a customer who's trying to purchase a vehicle from this Company. I also noticed an extremely lofty and arrogant attitude from them. As a fellow Automotive professional for the past 37 years, I have always believed in "The Customer Always Comes First" theory but sadly that doesn't hold true for this establishment. This is what happens when the Service after the sale is absolutely horrible. The parts changer didn't change the gaskets or anything when replacing the air compressor. When trying it again the air compressor went again. They changed that part 3 times before my husband finally called RAM care. They wanted us to pay for their screw up with the AC. After not hearing from the Service Department in the time frame he set, we went to Gallagher Ford. Super happy with the sales and service after so far! Thanks Ford!
I have had one problem in the service department in the past but Aaron Martinez went above and beyond to make things right. He is an awesome guy and he reassured me things have changed to make every visit a great experience. Appreciate him and Leo Hart the Salesman, they are great people. Recommended 👍
Thank you to TW and the service department! My parent’s Avalon had an alternator problem while they were in town from Colorado for graduation and it was towed to Elko Motor Company over the weekend. They were able to get it repaired very quickly and fairly, we really appreciate it!!
