Toyota was great, they are always right outside when you pull in for service ready to do the job. They also ask if your car needs any other services. The new service center in Elk Grove is very nice.

The new service department was nice and the customer service was great. I would use them again based on those items. I personally will not use them again because with the new service department completed they have also eliminated a shuttle service. I liked being able to drop my car off and go to work while the work was being completed. I will take my car somewhere else in the future that is more convenient for me. If I am going to pay for Uber/Lyft after I drop my car off I have other options.
