My appointment was at 140pm Saturday I got there 40 minutes early there were not many cars there when I arrived. My car was taken right away. I didn’t get my car back until close to 4 pm! They told me they were going to do an oil change and a free car wash. They did the oil change no car wash and it took them almost 3 hours? Terrible I won’t be going back!
I switched service to Elk Grove Toyota and I’ve had a great experience. I even have a favorite service advisor. When I bring my car in I always ask for Matthew and he always makes sure everything is taken care of for me. And there’s free coffee while I wait and phone charging stations. It’s the little things.

My Prius v was due for her 90,000 mile check up. I asked that a thorough check be done, as I am giving this car to someone. The check was thorough and the car was given a clean bill of health. I asked for an estimate on the life of the brakes - she is still on her original set - and was assured that her brakes are more than fine. I had stopped having her serviced at Elk Grove Toyota due to the time it took for that to be done. The work has never been an issue, just the time it took.
