RecommendedSo much quicker and better than our last two services. The huge new repair shop is so nice, clean and lots of people to help. Was in and out in under 90 minutes for an oil change and rotation of tires and payment. Service agent Pamar Kumar was so professional, polite and helpful-even going after my purse when I left it in the truck. The only downfall was to come home to the mailbox with an appointment offer that would have cut my bill in half.
Quick and good. They take very late appointments too(my appointment was at 5:30 for just oil change).
My 2014 Toyota Camry SE had transmission problem( torque converter) the car was vibrating on 40mph to 50 mph i drove the car for 9 months with this issue, I took it to Elk Grove Toyota and I talked with a gentleman he explained everything that Toyota fix for free.... they give me a rent car, I left my car at Elk Grove Toyota at 10am and got it back next day at 11am they even didn’t charged me for rent car. I saved $2000 Thanks Elk Grove Toyota

I had a appointment for a oil change and using the new facility. It went very fast and all needed work was done to my request. I have been a Toyota customer for several years as this is My third or fourth car. All Toyota and hav my car service at Elk Grove. Never have had a problem. I recommend to my friend to use you Especially when they are not satisfied with their service.
