RecommendedGreat service and speedy. It was near closing time too, so I’m sure that’s what made it speedy. Over all I haven’t had any complaints so far with the service department.

Came in at 9:44 am on Sun for oil change. After 2.5 hour, my car still was still in parking lot. Talked to a manager, Joel Garcia and was told:"If you do not have an appointment, you are at mercy of Toyota". Could not believe how a manager could have such an attitude toward a customer. Make sure to have an appointment or you'll be at mercy of Toyota of Elk Grove.
