I just want to thank every at Children's who helped my son while he was there for 3 and half days. Everyone was so helpful and helped us as parents understand everything. We came in the emergency dept days after seeing his pcp (not related to CH and said he was fine) They had to admit him because he was having breathing trouble (horrible cough) Come to find out he had 3 viruses and bacterial pneumonia!! We are so grateful to the staff in the picu and on the 8th and 9th floors for caring for our son and making his stay as eas... read more
Currently in the CICU with our 7week old daughter and everyone here is wonderful! The doctors and nurses go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and taken care of, and that we as parents are taken care of as well. The Cardiac Welcome Coordinator even brought our 2 year old son a stuffed bear to make the time pass while we were waiting for our daughter to get out of surgery. Very willing to answer your questions, no matter how big or small or silly, and always keep us in the loop as to what our daughters care plan... read more
I'm so glad we are here and so happy with how they are they make it a point to work around my sons sleeping schedule this morning my siyn was so restless due to the strict feeding hours and only so many ounces he can have the night c.a offers to keep him for a couple hours so I could get some sleep and I did just that. Our son had to stay here twice, and the staff were all phenomenal. Couldn't find a better hospital to have him be seen at.
My child had the best doctors, surgeons and nurses that you could ever ask. She was 2 when she had heart surgery and they treated her and the rest of us like family. Thank you for all you do.
The staff at Children's Hospital at the Memorial Central NICU in Colorado Springs saved my son's life. And they did it while being caring, informative and generous. I don't think you could ask more of a person than the people there willingly provide.
This place performs miracles. Saved my brother's life. The picu team is amazing. The nurses were very friendly and informative...I can't say enough good things. We are still here and still amazed by the service/treatment!!!!!!!
