Our only complaint is with the billing system. We were told with each visit you get a new account number - which becomes really confusing when you have a lot of visits. We just recently finished paying off our bill and I'm still not sure how many different account numbers we have. We made payments on our balance and then would find out from time to time that we had other accounts they hadn't seen and that would be added into our balance. The parking garage at this hospital is not secure at all. They have two camaras through the entire garage one at the entrance only pointing to the keypad and the other at the exit only pointing at the rear of cars. My car was stolen from the parking garage at 12:48 am on March 5th and the camaras only show the back end of the car. My car was on the top level of the garage. There was no security what's so ever. The staff was amazing and did a great job caring for my daughter and I! My daughter is five weeks old and had to be admitted after being seen in the ER for failure to thrive and Pyloris Stenosis. The ER staff was very attentive and helpful and ran multiple tests. We were admitted to the 6th floor for three days and two nights and the staff was amazing! I had never been here but wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

I have nothing but great things to say about children's hospital. Having history in children's hospitals along the west coast and 3 children. I have received nothing but amazing treatment by every staff member I come in contact with. I am so appreciative of the care that is given here. I definitely recommend to all parents in Colorado.
I couldn't ask for a better experience. We were admitted not knowing what was wrong with my son. They quickly figured out he had a CHD and moved us to the CICU. Everyone was amazing and helpful. So grateful to have Children's Hospital in our community! Thank you for saving my son's life!
Each and every staff member at childrens hospital are a cut above. No hospital stay is ever expected and rarely pleasant but this one was. I loved how they made us both, my son and I feel so comfortable on our individual levels of perception. Keep the family together in sickness and in health ! Good on ya !
this hospital will make your life miserable if you try to transfer your child to another hospital or disagree with treatment. DO NOT go here!!!
