Children's Hospital in Aurora Colorado is horrible, after 17 days in hospital we get told we are getting discharged by a CNA back home calling us to meet the next day. No doctor did rounds the day we we discharged so my son saw at my request 2 surgeons at 1:30pm who did not check out my son at all just said that nobody did rounds that day but my son was cleared by medical staff etc. My discharge instructions said my son was checked out head to toe the day he was discharging he never was. Had a great experience during our 4 day stay on the 8th floor. Shout out to nurse Jazzy on 8th floor days! She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel taken care of and loved during our stay! ❤️ Thank you everyone! ❤️

My son Kenneth Edwards arrived at the Children's Hospital Wednesday night which was either the 22nd of June he went to ICU first and the nurses and the doctors on that floor or just totally amazing but then everybody felt like he could be moved to the 6th floor and the nurses and the doctor on the 6th floor was totally amazing because upon the time of his arrival I I had been to work and had no sleep so besides being scared for him I was a little loopy at times I felt but they made me feel like everything was good, they didn... read more
Two years ago today our daughter was in surgery to remove a brain tumor, followed by 9months of chemotherapy on the 7th floor. God put us in the right place to have Hannah cared for by the best oncology doctors. My husband says if the 7th floor was a rock band, they would be U2 Because of all of them, from the front desk ladies to the Neurologist & Oncologists, we are blessed with a 'Beautiful Day' everyday since her diagnosis, knowing we had a great team on our side. I can not begin to explain how wonderful childrens is! We brought our daughter into the north campus with some very scary unexplained bruising and bleeding, ended up being taken via ambulance to the main hospital and we were admitted into the hematology service. During our stay, I was never left to feel in the dark, our daughter was never afraid of any procedures. Her Drs even took the time to come back after rounds to explain our situation to some other family members so that they had a full understanding of what was happen... read more
Terrible waiting time, regular fallow up appointment at 2:20, after 1 hr and 10 min waiting no one showed up at the room, went to the front desk and was told to wait more, I left the hospital with out seen a doctor.
Wonderful place! They treated my 4 year old daughter so amazing!! She had a minor surgery, but as a mother it was reassuring to know she was in good hands!!! Thank you to doctors Brian Caldwell and Brian Miller, the awesome urology department and nurses who took care of my daughter!!!!
