I will never come back. 14 month old daughter was pinned down to draw blood and I as her mother was not able to hold her or comfort her. This was after waiting an hour to get blood drawn because the lab nurse went on lunch while she was suppose to be drawing our blood! Traumatic for both my daughter and I. Shame on you for not treating your patients with better care.
My son has suffered from breathing problems since 2013 & after seeing numerous doctors I gave up on children's hospital because they pretty much said either he was faking (4yr old) or I was looking too much into this. I went for a 2nd opinion & thankfully on the very 1st appointment so many allergies were found, immunoglobins were dangerously low & oxygen is too low too. I wonder if the people that rated Children's Hospital a 5 would still do so after receiving their bill from the insurance company?! It is outrageous that a company would capitalize on the desparity of patients during one of their most difficult times in their lives. Not a very sustainable business model. Good luck with that CH!
I find it totally and completely outrageous and absurd that ANY business, and ESPECIALLY a medical organization would approve a TV ad that features a huge spider!! And the ad thrusts it in your face with NO warning. My best friend is highly phobic about spiders and that ad not only frightens her but also causes her blood pressure to jump, her heart to beat too fast, etc. Fight/flight reaction to TERROR. How can you NOT understand how phobic some people are about this??? How can you continue to thrust that damn thing into peo... read more
They are good just the wait sucks and snoodey nurses.but all in all its ok.
