I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Elizabeth for the beautiful flowers she made for our mum s funeral. We asked for a spray and a posy with certain flowers and colours which Elizabeth achieved in abundance. I found Elizabeth to be a very caring person who is obviously passionate about her craft. She listened, advised and delivered on all counts. Thank you again, my mum would have been delighted with them! 💐🌸🌼

Fabulous customer service!! Ordered flowers to be delivered for birthday. Florist tried to deliver 2-3 times but unsuccessfully each time as said birthday person wasn't in! They emailed me with updates and eventually made a fresh arrangement up and finally got them delivered (albeit a little late). And the arrangement was amazing. Thank you so much

We use this florist for the care home account . Service provision is excellant ans the flowers purchased for various reasons are beautiful. Thank you for your services and even the short not requests

I used Elizabeth McKenna flowers for a funeral wreath. The service was great, prompt delivery and the flowers were super fresh. It’s always nice to deal with a local small business. Thank you 10/10

Had high hopes for this florist however the owner cancelled my order for funeral flowers 47 hours before the funeral took place. I emailed the owner asking for the flowers to be all white, and explained I was told in store the website was interactive (which it wasn't). The owner then emailed me back, said she was concerned she "wouldn't be able to meet my expectations" due to the fact I'd made this query over the website, and immediately issued me with a refund and told me to use another florist.
