Asked for a GP to examine my bedbound wife who has a number of health issues. GP rang and after a lot of questions agreed she would visit. Decided she couldn’t be bothered so tried to fob me off with the urgent response team. None of whom are doctors. The service has gone rapidly downhill after Dr Hinkes and Dr Cohen retired. Subsequently had visit from Dr Chaudhry who went out of his way to resolve all the issues. Consequently I have revised my star rating.

What a wonderful GP practice, they have really looked after my parents so well.
I attended today to give bloods and wanted to make an appointment for a physical problem for a future date.The receptionist said that the doctor had a free appointment within half an hour of my enquiry. So, I was seen very quickly and the doctor was very helpful and understanding. I am so impressed with the efficiency and care at Elizabeth House. Thank you.
