I booked a deep tissue massage for 30 minutes for £35. I paid my 35 before the massage, once doing the massage I Said can you do it stronger & was told for deep tissue it would cost another another £20 which I said no to, she then said okay £10. I took it as she was right maybe the website said more but no I double checked it is £35. I trusted so I paid the extra £10 which I should not have. I should be getting my money back is the bare minimum.
