Excellent after sales service. A sensor on my bathroom cabinet failed 2 years after my bathroom was installed. I reported it to the Elixir team who organised and installed a new one. Prompt, efficient and overall excellent service from this family-run business. Highly recommended.
Quality products supplied and a Quality team they provided to install our Bathroom . However this is the 3rd time we've used Elixir and this time we were disappointed with a few things. The communication during installation was not to previous standard and the after sales communication has so far been non existent !
Great experience with Elixir. Joab and the team were all incredibly helpful. The contractors (Scott, Guy, Jordan) were all amazing, hardworking, fast, tidy and friendly. The whole process was so smooth and stress free and now we have our dream bathroom. Really grateful to Elixir! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of their products is worth every penny, very high standard.
We used Elixir Bathrooms as a supply service for our en-suite project earlier this year. Unfortunately we did have some manufacturing imperfections with a couple of delivered items, and more recently a drawer-runner that became faulty. However, Elixir Bathrooms have been 5-star with all of these issues and have always resolved them professionally, considerately and without delay. We plan to use them again for our future Bathroom project. Thank you for your continued support and assistance, it is very much appreciated.
We bought a new bathroom suit at the beginning of the year but unfortunately the toilet seat broke. I rang and spoke to Phil who couldn't have been more helpful. He rang the suppliers and sorted a new one from them and even better FOC. brilliant customer service and of course I have a lovely new bathroom too. 5 stars for Phil and all his help.
