They would be quick to take the application fees, however they would not call to tell the people the status of the property. No refund even though the property was no longer open at the time the application was sent in, and no one told applicants. On the rare occasion someone did answer the phone, prospective renters are told that the message will be passed on to the correct person and they will return the call. Of course they did not call back for anything at all. This place is a scam and terrible business practices.

For MONTHS my roommate and I have been calling to get our roof fixed. Water has been coming through my ceiling barely touching my entertainment center. We had an old roof apparently and just last week they finally came out and fixed it before we had the first snow. Elite is now forcing us to fix the ceiling because “it’s our fault” HOW?? Lead paint in their apartments and slow to respond when the tenants have a baby with a high lead level. They obviously didn't test for lead despite the lease stating otherwise. Lead causes permanent brain damage in children!!
Me and my boyfriend just got the keys to our apartment. Elite made the process easy and we are in love with the home we got! No complaints from us.

All their personnel is amazing! From the people at front desk to rest of their team! The whole process was fast and easy and Robin is an amazing part of #teamelite. They really are awesome! Thanks for making this moving day the most amazing one!
My husband and I just moved in. Robin was fantastic to work with. They have alot of convenient online services. My only concern was when you attempt to reach the office the phone does not get answered and messages do not get returned so it requires a visit to the office. Overall super excited to be with Elite!
