The office ladies were ALL so genuine and helpful. � So happy to have them as my rental property. Plus FREE SECOND MONTH'S RENT. Who can pass that up? �
There really don't care for there tenants refused to give me my security deposit after we gave are notice that we were moving and buying a home I had plans with that money for my kids since we just bought a home and tight with money and Christmas and both there birthday are next month we were alsome tenant paid every month on time I kept the home maintince and clean and now I'm down 995 dollars
Signed a lease with them today and haven’t had any major problems . Look forward to this next year (or more) in my new home �. Our home did not come with a refrigerator or blinds which was a little frustrating and We had to put in a few work orders upon moving in today but hopefully they are fixed soon. Also , Robin is great ! Very honest , helpful and sweet.

If I could rate in the negative I would, they don't even deserve the 1 star. As a home owner who used Elite to manage our property they were far from Elite, very unprofessional, very little communication, rude and unqualified, untrained staff. It cost us a few thousand dollars to repair damage from our tenant and the tenant thought they were in the right as Elite told them that holes in walls to quote Elite are "normal wear and tear".
