Staff is vey friendly. Just moved into my new apartment. Electric somehow got turned off so I couldn't move in the day I picked up keys. Once I finally got the the power back on, found out the gas and hot water weren't working... which my neighbor ended up fixing for me. Also had a few other maintenance issues. They did get fixed but these are things that should have been checked before I was ready to move in. Made moving more stressful than it already is.
I've been renting from Elite for years and I absolutely hate this agency. Most if not all their properties are infested with mice which they don't care about. The only time the return calls or do repair is when I contact a inspector, the city or the fire department. I'm trying to find a new place now.
Poor very very poor, You Might say Shit POOR. You go spend the night in a house with shit in the basement. The smell and Gas. Unforgiving. And you people don't care one little bit. Karma a Bitch.
I wish there was a number less than one. My house is cold the supposed brand new water heater is out again, just so you know this has been going on for weeks back and forth. Like I'd really appreciate a real electrician with all this rent we're paying, now I'm just waiting to see how long its going to take them to get out here and throw some more band aids on this gaping wound of a house
