I have continuously told them about the constant noise from the renters on the 2nd floor they are rude noisy people who have no regard for their neighbors and elite does nothing although there is a clause in the lease about disturbing your neighbors smh

So far so good it was issues regarding my keys but they came out and fixed it. Besides one of there main maintenance man disrespecting my bathroom and lying about it. It’s going good so far. If things go right maybe to stay here for longer then a year is my plan. Thank you elite
They have been great with property management over the past few years.
They are very friendly and helpful. If message is left they usually get back to you within the hour that you left the message. Move in process very nice. They give you some household products when you move in. Roll of paper towels, sponge and dish washing liquid in the kitchen. Hand soap and a roll of toliet paper in the bathroom. They have it nice and clean and have paper blinds up in windows if you don't have curtains that work or fit and if that is your last worry when you first move in.
