Really poor. We were recommended EPL by Reloc8, Hipperholme, and we were told the sale would be more efficient and speedy as our sellers were also using EPL (there was no conflict of interest in this case). Tracey Wilson was our assigned conveyancer and we spent months being frustrated at her lack of transparency, really slow reply times (if any reply at all), and admin errors. If you are a first time buyer, find somewhere else: EPL will make the chaos of buying your first house even more difficult to understand.
Tracey was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Went above and beyond. So grateful for all her help. Highly recommend Elite and esp Tracey
