I saw Tom at Elite Physical Medicine for repeated calf issues that I picked up from running. The treatment from Tom was fantastic and he went above and beyond in helping me prepare for a marathon, offering advice up to the event. Following seeing Tom I managed to get a half marathon and a marathon PB which after a couple of years of feeling too scared of repeated calf injury to run at intensity was amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks!
