I was lied to and sold a vehicle under false pretenses. They take advantage of people in need of a vehicle, unfortunately they got me.
Miguel Tapia helped me out a lot he was very good right off the bat he gave me a great deal there was no frustration with negotiation! Got to know me a little bit and honestly that’s the best thing about this dealership I think they have a well rounded individual like Miguel’s to help out clients to sell vehicles. I will definitely be coming back and referring anyone who needs a future card to the dealership

I just moved back from Seattle & went in after hearing an add on the radio. Wanted 429 a month for a car that only cost 18,900 with 3000 down. Was about to sign until I did the math. 28,740. I ended up buying a used accord at Honda for 349 with nothing down. These guys are a ripoff.
After driving almost 2 hours to the dealership I went their knowing they can help with my current situation. they said the truck I went for was the most expensive they had that was a lie. After them knowing I was going to go see the truck, the truck wasn't even there. Waisted my whole day just driving over there. Would never try to do business with them again. They say they help all types of credit scores but they dont. They asked for a ridiculous down payment. And kept insisting on a Co signer after saying no multiple times... read more
Was told payment would be $399 a month and then they switched when we arrived to sign papers and payment went up to $550 a month. When I said no deal and got up to leave I was told to get the “f” out. Beware!! Bait and switch big time.
