when you walk in the door they pride themselves on having great customer service and all this other crap, they try to sell you and then force you to do a 5-star review before you even have a chance to catch your breath. They sell a 21 year old kid a $20,000 car and don't bother to put oil in it. RecommendedMany dealers say whatever they need to in order to get you to come in, even if it isn't the truth. That wasn't the case with Elite Motors team. I had a great experience at Elite Motors. Walter, Lenny and Scott were very helpful, informative and patient. They made sure I knew all the steps in the process and what I needed to do to make sure we got an approval. Horrible experience I had called about a truck the day before even talked to the overall manager "ALLEGEDLY" and was reassured I wouldn't be disappointed and that even though I was driving 4.5 hrs to get there they wouldn't give me a number on my trade I told them even a round about number. They sold bad cars end trucks
The manager Anthony, is rude as hell...he got very upset that i cancelled tye transaction because his dealer gave ke wrong information.
Terrible place! Don’t go! We got the old bait and switch! Went to see a specific Ford F-150. Was told on the phone 40 min prior to our arrival that it was still on the lot. Got there and waited while the salesperson went to get the car. Yeah right! He came back to say it was sold earlier this afternoon! Liars! Don’t waste your time!
