Went all the way to dealership from Kenosha. Did credit application to be are approved. I was. Sales rep.Adam said so . Went and then his mgr. said they couldn't do anything because of my income. Sat there for almost 45 min. and then nothing. Terrible service. They tell you your approved just to get you there. Wotmrst experience ever had. Would not advise anyone to go there for automobile.
RecommendedThe sales people at elite were very patient and took the time to get me in a newer vehicle on New Year’s Eve even when they were closing at three pm and they all stayed till six pm to get everything finalized and I was able to drive away with a new truck thank you to all that helped my wife and I out that day ( angel, Lenny, and Scott ) it was greatly appreciated
Considering these people aren't commissioned, they still push like any other dealership. Do not go to them.

Don’t recommend because they take forever for the sales process. But mostly because the follow up is a joke. I haven’t received any information on my loan and have sent emails. I didn’t think i should have to take time out of my day to call when they say they will do it. But here we are.

The sales person. Monica was extremely helpful and such a sweet person, doing everything to make sure our buying experience was perfect, the financial gentleman was just as nice. Overall it was excellent service nice friendly dealership we are pleased with our new vehicle 😊
