Called to see if a vehicle had a trailer hitch, gave the stock number and was placed on hold so they could walk out and physically check the vehicle. A few minutes later was told that the vehicle did in fact have one. Due to past reviews, I double checked the status of the vehicle and was told it was there and they would pull it up for my arrival. Drove almost an hour to see this truck, got there and was told the truck sold a couple months ago. Of course they then tried to see me something else. Smh... roping them in.

I was in desperate need of a car. I came all the way from Chicago because i needed help. There was a wonderful and very patient young lady by the name of Monica that help me out. She was very knowledgeable and she assisted me with anything I need it to make sure I drove away with a vehicle. The rest of the staff was also very professional as well as miss Monica.
