UPDATE they started talking (formal letter required which hasn’t been acknowledged but I know it’s been read as received a read receipt) and we have now collected the van. The staff were all polite and knowledgeable. They have gone through our snagging list. I have increased stars to 3 as hoping communication will continue. Collected our brand new van on 19th June and spent a night in the camp site organised by Elite. On arrival to collect the van we waited 2 hours whilst they valeted the brand new van. What a team. This dealership is neither flashy or forceful, but it’s very functional and founded on some fantastic people. We met these guys at a trade show some years ago, and after being impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm we purchased a new motorhome from them. All the staff are all are really pleasant, polite and professional, and as we have met virtually everyone it would be unfair to single out individuals as they all contribute to the success. Collected our brand new van on 19th June and spent a night in the camp site organised by Elite. On arrival to collect the van we waited 2 hours whilst they valeted the brand new van. Everyone has been pleasant. However, we returned on the 20th with a snagging list. Again this was prearranged and one of the reasons they wanted us to pick up on Thursday.
