What can I say about Greg. Turned up on time. Perfect manners amazing and well let's start it not a normal motorhome and we'll after a bit of power on power off Greg was on it found the problem with it not a very easy FIX at all but after the decision was made . (I WILL BE BACK ) and he was on time and with a bit more of let's get it done HE did.. Thank for the time and effort you put it. Would very highly recommend this Group to anyone thank you Greg..(Ellie) the RV is running power great now.
Paul Harding is a character. What Paul doesn't know about motorhomes isn't worth knowing. We were privileged to have Paul do the "handover tour" for our Bailey 79-4. He suggested we video record him, and I'm so glad we did. The video lasted well over an hour, and I've replayed it (half speed!) several times. I must say Elite motorhome services offered the best service I've ever had for my motorhome. I had an issue with my hot water and heating and within a few minutes they identified the problem and had a fix in place. I also asked for some upgrades to the lighting system and they were happy to do them. Great work guys thanks a lot 👍

We contacted Paul in the hope he could advise us how to deal with a water pump issue we'd found as we were heading off for a 2 week trip all packed up and ready to go early evening. He said to come in first thing the following day, all would be fine and it was. Just half an hour to diagnose the issue, sort it and talk us through what to do if it happens again.
