Been 3 months on our tenancy and finding out the property was on sale without disclosure. Poor communication. I have to be proactive . Deposit was given more than a month. Dear Elite, in response with your reply on above, in email you have mentioned that the landlord long term plan is to sell the flat. Is 3 months a long term?
