I highly recommend Mohammed and Elite Force Pest Control. I discovered a wasps nest in the wall of my house, received a response from Mohammed around an hour later and he visited before lunchtime the next day to deal with it. Quick, professional and highly effective! Thank you.
If I could give minus stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace. They turned up earlier than the agreed 10:30–12:30 slot, refused to start the job because I wasn’t physically there even though someone was on-site and then left while I was just 3 minutes away at the cash machine. Refusing card or bank transfer payments in 2025 is unacceptable. Their behaviour was rude, unprofessional and showed zero respect for customers. Mohammed cleared our wasp infestation quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the way he went about it and his attention to detail.
I have literally had mohammed and a young man (sorry, I forgot your name, I think it was yusuf) just leave my place after we called them earlier this morning.
