Very helpful and accommodating staff. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor went the extra mile to understand and effectively address an unusual patient situation that we had. Best eye care place we have been to by far!
Doctor is great, but the office staff and several techs really need to work on customer service. I complained about a rude person (one of many unpleasant encounters there} and got a call back. The person interrogating me kept escalating and eventually told there was nothing they could do to help me. I shouldn't walk away feeling attacked when someone is rude to me.
They are very polite and professional. The price are good and the quality of the glass and top notch. We enjoy the verity of glasses. They were very patient with my 7 year old.

I never take off my glasses now. I have had several pairs of glasses in the last 25 years, and i threw all of them in a drawer after a few days. Dr. Bell's specialty is my issue, so in a matter of a 10-15 mins she had me out the door, and once my glasses arrived, like I said, I only take them off to sleep.
