Elite and Co are an independent estate agency, and I think it makes all the difference. Angela the branch manager gave the sale of my flat her full attention from start to finish, achieving a number of offers and the price I wanted with the right buyer within just 2 weeks. She followed through chasing solicitors to get the sale to completion so everything ran smoothly. I can’t recommend Angela and Elite & Co highly enough! Angela showed us a property at short notice after a few unsuccessful attempts with other agencies. From the moment we stepped foot in the flat, Angela has gone above and beyond to make the process as seamless and fast as possible despite us picking terrible solicitors! I can’t thank her enough as this process would have definitely been a lot more stressful without her!
