We bought a low cost ex part exchange caravan, 1 owner since new, 17 years old, in excellent condition. Elite sold this at a very fair price and they went beyond what we expected by addressing all the little issues at the pre sale service, giving a in-depth user video clips. 4 weeks after we could not get the gas working, ended up calling Oli on a Saturday afternoon who talked through what could cause it and in the end was found to be a simple issue of the cooker glass lid interlock, not being pushed back - operator issue. Absolute rip off merchants. Will sell you a caravan and when you are not happy with faults after 3 days we were denied our statutory rights to return the caravan for a full refund, but they were willing for us to take another van of the same value and charge us 6000 pound to do so, (administration costs). Now, the van is not fit for purpose, due to the origional fault, and elite bodjing a fix in the early days. Oli managed to sort out our motorhome Truma system at very short notice. Fantastic service and very friendly. Highly recommended.
