Won't answer their phone. I have a problem with a system they installed and they have dodged 9 seperate calls today and not bothered to return any from previous attempts to call in past days/weeks
Why do you have a number to call when you never pick up? Ridiculous customer service from the beginning.

Visited to enquire about Audi radio removal tool. Peter (if I'm not mistaken) allowed me to use their tools and install my aftermarket radio there in the parking lot. He helped me with any questions I had and soldered some of the wiring for me. All free of charge, he wouldn't let me pay for the help he provided. True chad
