My husband and I have used Elite Blinds for the past 13 years and they never fall short of wonderful. Dave and Katie are professional and so helpful. Their aftercare, which I have only had to use on one occasion, is really good too. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
We opted for Elite Blinds as they were the only company that stocked Venetian blinds in the colour we wanted. The salesperson seemed nice initially, however constantly criticised the build of our house by saying the windows weren't straight and the walls "bananad" whilst she was measuring up. We are first time buyers and purchased a new build property and although she had a point, the constant negative comments put a downer on our new home. After moving into a new house with a lovely conservatory, I set up my home office in there to take advantage of the garden view, but sadly the sun had other ideas & the glare on my computer screen was impossible to work around. David at Elite came round to see what would work best for me & my budget. He measured up, showed me some samples and sent over a reasonable quote. Have used Elite Blinds for nearly 20 years for both home and commercial use. Excellent independent company with a personal touch and great depth of knowledge and advice.
We had a poor experience with this company, I don't enjoy writing these reviews, but I think it important to make others aware of the service we experienced. We had three smart venetians installed for a large front room window by David (The Director). However once installed it was clear they had been made to order incorrectly, as they were too wide and when we would take the blinds up, during the process of taking them up or down they would catch one another, bend and bang into the side of the window.
